CITY OF PASCO – INVITATION TO BID sandifur Pkwy/Rd 108 Extension Project #23 552 The City of Pasco, Washington is inviting and requesting bid proposals for the Sandifur Pkwy/Rd 108 Extension Project. This project provides for the extension of Sanfidur Parkway and Rd 108 including new pavement, sidewalks, curb ramps, curb and gutter, pavement markings, signs, illumination, rapid flashing beacons, and other work. In addition, work will include a roundabout at the intersection of Road 108 and Sandifur Parkway, and traffic signals at the intersections of Road 103 / Sandifur Parkway and Road 105 / Sandifur Parkway. Utilities will be extended along Road 108 between Sandifur and Buckingham Drive and joint utility trenches will be installed at intersections to facilitate the installation of utilities and other work, all in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, these Contract Provisions, and the Standard Specifications Project shall be in accordance with the Contract Plans, Contract Provisions, and Specifications, including the 2025 WSDOT Standard Specifications for Road, Bridge, and Municipal Construction. This contract has two-hundred (200) working days to complete the work. The estimate range for this project is: $5,000,000.00 - $15,000,000.00 $10,000,000.00 - $12,500,000.00.

Bids shall be submitted electronically via City of Pasco Plan Room; bids accepted up to 2:00 PM PST on January 22, 2025 (and 2:00 PM PST on January 15, 2025 as alternative date) via Plan Room secure network.
