PASCO PUBLIC FACILITIES DISTRICT – REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) Developing a Comprehensive Branding Package for the New Pasco Aquatics Facility Pasco, Washington. The PPFD is seeking proposals from qualified branding firms to provide comprehensive place branding. The project is expected to be completed by April 2026. The RFP is available via the City of Pasco website starting January 19, 2025. Proposals must be submitted electronically by February 5, 2025 at 11:00 AM PST to pfd-watkins@pasco-wa.gov with the title PLACE BRAND – PROPOSAL.
