CITY OF PASCO – INVITATION TO BID Memorial Pool Bubble Cover – New Construction (Project No. 23 479) The City of Pasco, Washington is inviting and requesting bid proposals for Memorial Pool Bubble Cover – New Construction This project includes the removal of the existing concrete pool deck and the installation of a new concrete pool deck with an integrated foundation, electrical, gas, and internet for an air dome structure and construction of other structures to accommodate air dome equipment. This contract has forty-five (45) working days to complete the work. The estimate range for this project is: $740,000.00 - $810,000.00.

Bids must be submitted electronically via City of Pasco Plan Room. Bids must include a Good Faith Token (certified check, cashier's check or bid bond) not less than 5% of total bid.
