Description
CITY OF PASCO – INVITATION TO BID MLB Required Improvements at GESA Stadium – Pitching & Hitting Tunnels (Phase 1C) (Project No. 24 620). The City of Pasco, Washington is inviting and requesting bid proposals for MLB Required Improvements at GESA Stadium – Pitching & Hitting Tunnels (Phase 1C). This project includes the construction of a new 4,000 square foot uninsulated and unconditioned metal building to house two new Pitching and Hitting Tunnels. This contract has thirty-three (33) working days to complete the work. The estimate range for this project is: $1,000,000 - $1,200,000. Bidders may obtain bid documents, including plans and specifications, at the City of Pasco’s Plan Room, beginning Sunday, May 18th, 2025. Bidders may obtain digital files at no cost. Printed documents are available, at bidders’ expense, by choosing the “Order” option. The bidding shall be done through City of Pasco’s Plan Room secure network/platform: https://www.cityofpascoplanroom.com/jobs/public. Bids shall be submitted electronically via City of Pasco’s Plan Room and shall be accepted up to 2:00PM PDT on Tuesday, June 10th, 2025. The Contractor will not be charged a fee to submit a bid. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud, in the City of Pasco Council Chambers at 2:00PM PDT on Tuesday, June 10th, 2025. Additionally, the City will hold the Bid Opening via Microsoft Teams. All bids must be accompanied by a “Good Faith Token” in the form of a Certified Check, Cashier’s Check or Bid Bond in the amount of not less than 5 percent (5%) of the total bid. As this is an online bidding process the Bidder’s original hard-copy Bid Bond must be submitted in a sealed envelope prior to the bid opening deadline. The City of Pasco has scheduled a non-mandatory pre-bid walkthrough at the site/facility for Wednesday, May 28th at 4:00PM (PDT), the site is located at: 6200 Burden Blvd, Pasco, WA 99301. Bids will only be accepted from Contractors who are eligible to perform services as governed by PMC 14.15 and who are listed on Abadan’s City of Pasco Plan Room Plan Holders list.
