CITY OF PASCO – ATTENTION CONTRACTORS INVITATION TO BID A Street and 6th Avenue Pedestrian Crossing Improvements Project No. 23506, Federal Aid No. HSIP-3534(004). The City of Pasco, Washington is inviting and requesting bid proposals for the A Street and 6th Avenue Pedestrian Crossing Improvements Project. This project provides for the improvement of the intersection of West A Street and 6th Ave including sidewalk, curb ramps, curb and gutter, pavement patching, pavement markings, illumination, rapid flashing beacons, and other work. All in accordance with the Contract Plans, Contract Provisions, and the WSDOT Standard Specifications for Road, Bridge, and Municipal Construction. This contract has thirty (30) working days to complete the work.
