CITY OF PASCO – ATTENTION CONTRACTORSINVITATION TO BID Schlagel Park Stormwater Main Replacement Project. This project provides for the replacement of approximately 625 lineal feet of 48” diameter stormwater pipe, restore and repave existing asphalt access road, restripe existing parking lot, landscaping and irrigation, and provide traffic control during construction. All in accordance with the Contract Plans, Contract Provisions, and Municipal Construction. This contract has sixty (60) working days to complete the work.

Electronic bidding via City of Pasco Plan Room; good faith token required; bids to be submitted electronically via Plan Room; current City of Pasco Business License required; 5% bid bond/certified check required; technical questions due 72 hours prior to bid opening; Plan Room access at https://www.cityofpascoplanroom.com/jobs/public; bids accepted until 2:00 PM PDT on 9/9/2025.
