CITY OF PASCO – REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ)#23461 – USACE Easement Sewer Upsizing Project No. 23461 The City of Pasco (City), is soliciting a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified Consultants registered in the State of Washington to provide professional engineering services for the design of City’s USACE Easement (CSP’s – 17, 20, & 21) Sewer Main Upsizing. The selected Consultant will be tasked with provide professional engineering services for the design of the improvements through portions of the City’s USACE Easement (CSP’s – 17, 20, & 21), to upsize the existing gravity sewer mains from their existing 30- or 36-inch diameter to 54-inch diameter pipe. As these sections of the sewer system are the main sewer feed to the Wastewater treatment Plant from the West portion of the City, the sewer flow needs to remain active for the duration of this project. Assist in permitting during design and construction.
