City of Pasco – Invitation To Bid for PWRF Phase 4: Irrigation System Improvements. Work includes clearing and grubbing ~150 acres; ~330,000 cubic yards of earthwork; installation of process water force mains including 2,700 ft of 36-inch FRP pipe, 3,900 ft of 30-inch FRP pipe, and 12,700 ft of HDPE pipe (8–30 inches). Additional components include modifications to an existing well, a 40 HP booster station, and extending power to three new center pivots. All work to be completed per Contract Plans, Technical Specifications, and Standard Specifications. Bid documents available at City of Pasco Plan Room; bids due 2:00 PM, Oct 30, 2025; non-mandatory pre-bid walkthrough Oct 16, 2025 at 957 East Foster Wells Road, Pasco, WA 99301. Bid security 5% of total bid. Bid opening via City Plan Room and Microsoft Teams.
