CITY OF PASCO – INVITATION TO BID FOR BUTTERFIELD WATER TREATMENT PLANT RAW WATER PERMANGANATE SYSTEM (PROJECT NO. 25635). The City of Pasco (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Work: Installation of a vault around an existing raw water pipe, two taps on the pipe, and ancillary instruments within the vault. Relocation of an existing Conex, followed by trenching and installation of yard piping between the vault and Conex. Installation of a permanganate storage and feed systems, a raw water sample panel, ventilation, and ancillary equipment within the Conex. A new PLC shall be finished and installed. Programming and integration of new permanganate system, raw water quality analyzers and intrusion sensor for vault.
