Indirect Cost Rate Information

The Consultant team is required to provide documentation of 48 CFR Part 31 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation compliant Indirect Cost Rates (ICR) if awarded this contract. For this submittal, the Prime Consultant must confirm that the proposed team all have a current ICR prepared or reviewed by WSDOT, or are participating in the WSDOT Safe Harbor program, or are currently working with WSDOT to obtain their ICR. Please confirm that the Prime Consultant has completed this ICR check by stating the following: [Prime Consultant] confirms that the proposed Consultant project team has current Indirect Cost Rate documentation. [Prime Consultant] has confirmed with the following Consultants: [Subconsultant 1, Subconsultant 2, Subconsultant 3, etc.].
