The purpose of this solicitation is to solicit bids from interested and qualified Vendors to provide comprehensive repair, preventive maintenance, and on-call appliance services at designated city owned buildings, including but not limited to fire stations, police precincts, warehouses, and administrative office buildings. The estimated time required for these services on a weekly basis is between 30 to 40 hours a week.
