Provide a certificate or documentation from the Secretary of State in which you incorporated that shows your company legal name. Many companies use a “Doing Business As” name or nickname in daily business; the City requires the legal name for your company. When preparing all forms below, use the proper company legal name. Your company’s legal name can be verified through the State Corporation Commission in the state in which you were established, which is often located within the Secretary of State’s Office for each state. The Statement Of Qualifications (SOQ) shall not exceed ten (10) pages, excluding the cover page, resumes, and required forms. Submittals shall be formatted as follows:Page Size: 8.5"x11"Minimum 11-point font1-inch marginsSingle spacingPDF Format submitted through OpenGovCharts, tables, and graphics may use a minimum 10-point fontThe SOQ should clearly demonstrate the firm's experience, technical capability, staffing qualifications, and capacity to perform the requested services. Firms should organize their SOQ using section headings in this RFQ.The City reserves the right to excise pages that exceed the limit and will not be considered for evaluation.
