Upload a letter from the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) proving Public Benefit (501c3) non-profit status.

Please upload your complete proposal response using the detailed submittal questions in section 8.5 of the "PRO Housing Partnership for ADU Development RFQ" document .

Provide a fully loaded hourly rate(s) and a breakdown of how you would use the awarded funds to execute on the deliverables outlined in the Phase 1 scope of work if you were selected and awarded the maximum funding amount ($50,000). This will be used for negotiation purposes after awards are announced but will not be scored as part of the proposal.
