Project Description: The work includes the removal and replacement of the existing waterproofing membrane, associated paving, and landscaping elements at the elevated plaza. Energy upgrades are not included in this bid. The project will be delivered in three (3) construction phases occurring over calendar years 2026-2027 to maintain site functionality and manage operational impacts.
