Project Description: Installation of electrical, water and sewer utility infrastructure in preparation for a marine construction project by others. Work includes trenching, surfacing restoration, and replacement or installation of curb ramps. Utility hookup will be performed by others. Partial funding was provided by the Washington State Parks – Clean Vessel Act Program, and in cooperation with U.S. Fish and Wildlife Services Clean Vessel Act Grant Program.
