Minimum Qualification #3Project experience in compliance with the 2010 ADA Standards for Design, 2009 ANSI A117.1 and all applicable state and local codes. Minimum Qualification #4Provide (6) total references: (3) previous client / owners; (3) contractors that have worked with the Prime Consultant in the last seven (7) years to demonstrate client satisfaction.
