This Competitive Solicitation is issued to assist the Washington State Department of Children, Youth & Families (DCYF) in seeking qualified Contractor(s) to establish three (3) Group Receiving Care (GRC) Programs. One program will primarily serve King County, one program will primarily serve Cowlitz County, and one program will serve primarily Snohomish County. Each program will have a bed capacity of 5.
