Description

The Washington Department of Commerce is initiating this Request for Applications to solicit Proposals from those qualified and interested in grant funding to provide units within a multi-family housing project that are designated to serve the target population through the 811 project-based rent assistance (PRA) program. Project-based rental assistance fills the gap between the tenant’s rent share and the approved rent amount for a designated unit.
