Description

The Washington State Department of Commerce (“COMMERCE”) is initiating this Request for Applications (RFA) to solicit proposals from qualified and interested entities seeking grant funding under the Low-Income Home Rehabilitation Grant Program (HRGP). COMMERCE will accept applications from organizations interested in providing home repair and rehabilitation services in rural areas of Washington State, defined as “non-entitlement” areas by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
