Location: A tour of the Anderson Island and the Steilacoom Ferry Landings will be conducted on Friday, December 29, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. Potential bidders wishing to tour the Ferry Landings shall meet with a Pierce County representative at the Steilacoom Ferry Dock Waiting/Ticket Facility. An up-close viewing of the bearings at the bridge seat end of the transfer spans requires a boat. For this tour, Pierce County will not be providing a boat. Bearings at the bridge seat end will be viewed from a distance. Attendance is optional.
