The purpose of this bid is to procure 17,700, 9” PTFE disc membrane diffusers for the replacement of the Chambers Creek Regional Wastewater Treatment Plant infrastructure system and MLQ Spitter Box.

Aeration basin diffusers have a finite life and are critical to providing air to the biological process of wastewater treatment. Over time, as the diffusers age, their ability to provide fine air bubbles necessary for treatment degrades. Periodic replacement is routine.
