This contract provides for the improvement of a culvert crossing on Harts Lake Rd for Brighton Creek to enhance fish passage. The project is funded, in part, by grants from National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) awarded to the Nisqually Tribe of Indians with Pierce County as a subrecipient. This work will include the installation of a 42’ span arch culvert and other work, all in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, these Contract Provisions, and the Standard Specifications.
