Location: A non-mandatory Pre-Bid Site Visit will be held on Wednesday, March 25, 2026, 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM at 2299 East 42nd St. Tacoma, WA 98404 (Park Entrance @ E. 42nd Street & E. Roosevelt Avenue – Swan Creek Park Community Garden, 47.218894, -122.396991). Prospective bidders will have an opportunity to view site conditions and hear an overview of project elements from the Project Engineer. A question-and-answer opportunity will not be provided. Any resulting questions shall be submitted formally through the project procurement portal where responses may be viewed by all prospective bidders.
