Construct improvements to Gonyea Playfield, including an inclusive play area, nature play area, basketball courts, perimeter loop path, flexible lawn areas, comfort station, stormwater management improvements, right-of-way improvements, and associated site and landscape improvements.The proposed work includes all necessary permits, fees, materials, equipment, labor, and related items to construct the park improvements on the property located in Parkland, Washington, as shown on the Contract Drawings and Specifications.Work generally includes, but is not limited to: mobilization, temporary construction fencing, temporary erosion and sediment control, tree protection, clearing and grubbing, selective demolition, earthwork, paving and pathways, play areas, basketball courts, comfort station, bioretention and stormwater management facilities, utility improvements, right-of-way work, site furnishings, signage, landscape improvements, and site cleanup.Alternates include the picnic shelter, skate spot, roly poly, site-wide irrigation and trees, and right-of-way improvements, as described on the Contract Drawings.
