The City of Seattle is seeking qualifications for On-Call Land Surveying Services. Qualifications are due no later than 1:00 pm on Tuesday, April 7, 2026. All questions are to be submitted through the e-procurement portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/seattle no later than 1:00 pm on Friday, March 20, 2026.

Seattle Public Utilities (SPU) is requesting Statements of Qualifications from qualified Consultant Teams to provide On-Call Land Surveying Services. The Consultant is expected to deliver of a wide variety of infrastructure improvements, along with supporting Seattle Department of Transportation’s (SDOT) aggressive goals to construct pedestrian, bicycle, transit, roadway structure, traffic operations, and roadway improvements over the next ten years.SPU intends to award up to four (4) consultant teams, or more if deemed in SPU’s interest, to provide as-needed land surveying services. No specific projects have been identified at this time. Rather, individual scopes of work will be determined based on planning, priority and budget and will be negotiated with the consultant as funding becomes available. Those individual scopes of work are issued in a Work Assignment with varying scopes, dates for milestones and deliverables. Under no circumstances shall this contract or subsequent work assignments go beyond five (5) years (SMC 20.50.040 G).SPU does not guarantee any minimum quantity of work under this contract.
