The services are anticipated to be used primarily by Seattle Parks and Recreation (SPR) and Seattle Public Utilities (SPU). This ITB will replace the following Facility Environmental Survey & Assessment Services contracts: #3024 with NVL Laboratories, #3071 with Adapt, #3072 with PBS Engineering and Environmental, #3073 with EHS International and #6060 with McAlister GeoScience.Contracted vendors must meet any reporting criteria set by the Washington State Department of Ecology (Ecology) and any other State or Federal agencies where applicable.
