Project Description: This Project will replace the 45th Ave SW culvert and consists of the following elements of Work: civil demolition to include an in-stream by-pass, tree protection, civil site work, civil stream work, civil grading, civil utilities (drainage and water), civil paving (roadway), landscaping, structural work (soldier pile shoring, culvert construction consisting of cast-in-place concrete footings, shotcrete walls, and precast concrete cover), and electrical.Engineer's Estimate: $30,250,000Project Location: This Project is located in southwest Seattle along where Fauntleroy Creek crosses 45th Ave SW, between SW Director St on the north and SW Wildwood Pl on the south
